Esoft Group's Leadership Transition Announcement

We would like to inform you that Ian Holmgaard has decided to step down from his position as CEO of Esoft Group, effective June 25, 2025.

Ian has been a key driving force in the development and professionalization of Esoft Group, and his contributions have played a significant role in where we stand today.

Among Ian’s responsibilities has been the establishment of independent leadership for EFKT – our retail business and Esoft – our wholesale production, most recently marked by the appointment of Anders Ertmann as CEO of EFKT. This has been crucial in maximizing value creation in both businesses and in preparing Esoft for long-term international growth and scalability. For personal and family reasons, Ian Holmgaard has assessed that now is the right time to step down.

Interim Leadership structure, effective June 25, 2025:

· Anders Ertmann will formally assume the role of CEO at EFKT, Esoft’s retail business.

· Nicholas Brace Olsen will serve as interim CEO of Esoft’s wholesale production operations.

· Ian Holmgaard will remain available to support the leadership teams during the transition period.
