II. OUR JOB PRODUCT EXPERT

The Product Expert position stands out as a distinctive role within our Wholesale Business Unit, falling under the department of Innovation & Product Management. This role is dedicated to facilitating the onboarding of new clients and plays a crucial part in delivering services to our clients. Moreover, the Product Expert takes the lead in driving projects focused on innovation and optimization.

III. JOB DUTIES

To strategically plan for onboarding new clients

· Gather client feedback.

· Continuously looking into how to improve products and workflows both from a quality and efficiency standpoint (internal innovation).

· Research and come forward with new ideas for products and technology - also in dialogue with clients, product managers and other stakeholders.

· Lead projects (as assigned) in relation to innovation and optimizations, mainly related to products, efficiency, and quality.

To strategically plan for internal production optimization

· As part of the product team, help to develop technical solutions that can optimize production and solve production pain points.

To strategically plan, deliver and consult on communication

· Voice of the client for overall client satisfaction

· To provide consultation and support on Client's complaints/Maintaining quality

· Voice of the client. Often the data for corrections that come through CS is not going to give a full overview of quality. Product Experts can provide an overview of client satisfaction which is equally and often more important than evaluating data.

· Review and give feedback on the whole set-up process for Client's complaints/Maintaining quality.

· Proactively deal with quality/product-specific issues.

· When there are no alternative trainers, Product Expert will be in charge of planning and executing technical training based on developed materials and assessing the team’s capabilities in delivering quality/output according to agreed SLA/client expectations.

IV. PERSONAL & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.

Professional knowledge: Understand the photography in real estate industry

Supplementary knowledge

· Understanding of needs and trends in the product field, and within real estate;

· Understanding and awareness of different cultures and professional behaviors.

Functional Skills

· Expert in relevant software used for post-processing;

· Have knowledge of other relevant/associated software.

· Demonstrate 6 core values of Esoft (Openness, Care, Credibility, Quality, Passionate, Innovation);

· Ability to observe and evaluate quickly and effectively.

Experience: 5 years in the relevant professional area including higher education and need for work permit or work placement.
